The staff was friendly and helpful . My room faced a beautiful courtyard and provided a quiet atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring many attractions by foot. The plaza outside offers a lively atmosphere with coffee and music.
I found the room needed some updates, especially the bathroom, that felt dated. The water pressure was not strong enough, and washing hair was difficult. I also noticed sounds from the cafes downstairs, disruptive.

the staff was very helpful. the location was in a lovely square, close to all city tourist destinations. lots of restaurants and cafes were nearby.
i had a tiny room, there was no fridge. the door handle to the bathroom was broken so we had to let each other out of the toilet every time we used it. there was a broken towel rail and no fridge.

The reception operates 24/7. This. my room was cleaned daily. the staff was very helpful and kind.
The pictures were a bit misleading. The bathroom looked old. the water pressure was low in the shower. i could hear a lot of noise from the cafes downstairs.
